Olympics Committee

Position Description

  • Produce and publish The Olympiad to be distributed to alumni and the campus at large

  • Reach out to businesses and alumni to secure donations

  • Organize and manage all events for the week.

    • Philanthropy dinner

    • Brotherhood event (Broomball)

    • Day of service

    • Outreach event for Little Light House families

    • Benefit concert

    • Sorority competition

  • Work with the Social Committee to plan registered events for the week

  • Meet with the Panhellenic Council and campus greek advisor

  • Communicate with the Chapter and the campus as a whole

  • Work with the Alumni Relations Committee to communicate with our alumni

  • Properly document and report all expenses to the Grand Treasurer

  • This position requires at least two certificates of Ritual Proficiency
