Philanthropy Committee

Position Description

  • If in the Fall, plan at least one major fundraising event benefitting The Military Heros Campaign

  • If in the Spring, plan at least one major philanthropic event

  • Work with Sorority Relations Committee to plan at least one joint philanthropy event per semester

  • Communicating other volunteer opportunities to the Chapter

  • Provide other volunteer opportunities to the Chapter

  • Maintain direct communication with any community organizations the Chapter works with

  • Ensure all community service hours and dollars donates are properly reported via KappaSig.net

  • Work with the Grand Scribe to ensure that we are on track to meet awards criteria

  • Properly document and report all expenses to the Grand Treasurer

  • This position requires at least two certificates of Ritual Proficiency
